A bad habit that I wish I didn’t have is... I eat when I got bored. It gets especially bad when I’m at work. I think it's because we’re usually stocked on snacks so it’s hard to not eat anything when it’s just sitting right there. Snackings not so bad when I’m at home but I think that’s mostly because we don’t have a lot of snack food lying around. It's, also, a vicious cycle because if you eat something sweet you need something salty to counter balance it or vise versa.

Day 4- A habit that you wish you didn’t have:
A bad habit that I wish I didn’t have is... I eat when I got bored. It gets especially bad when I’m at work.
