Black & White

This post is pretty much going to prove I'm a walking ad for Target.

I bought this necklace at Target something like 6 months ago (totally on clearance) and I could never figure out how to wear it...or more what to wear it with.  It's sort of a LOT and a bit SHINY.

I've, also, had these earrings from Black House White Market since January.  I got a shirt from BHWM (a Christmas gift) but it didn't fit so I traded it for the earrings.  They're, also, a bit SPARKLY and I wasn't sure what to do with them so they've just sat in my jewelry box.

Today thanks to being lazy this week and not doing laundry my tank options were a bit limited.  I don't normally wear my white tank over a black tank (both Target) but today I figured I would so I could wear my new black sweater (Target, sale) over it. 

I was stumped on what to wear accessories wise until I saw the necklace hanging in my closet.  It came to me that I could pair it with the earrings.  I tried it and LIKED it.  I paired it all with a black sparkly (low keyish) flower ring & black beaded bracelet (both from Target, also on clearance) and I REALLY LIKED it.

It feels a bit dressy.  At least a bit more dressy than I normally dress, especially on a Friday.  So I guess I'm putting these horrible pictures out there so someone can give me their thoughts on the whole thing. 

So thumbs up or thumbs down?

It's the only shot that's "usable" of the whole outfit.  I use usable lightly though.  As you can tell by my face I hate taking pictures of myself.
