Fill in the Blank...

Today's blog content (fill in the blank questions) was stolen from GingiberSnap. 

Hey, it's Monday...sometimes a girl needs a break.  

The best meal I had this weekend: This week just started so I'll answer this for last week... Which is hard because I had some pretty awesome food last week.  There was the Santa Fe Chicken from The Bistro 1528 and then there was Chelsey's tacos last night. Two totally different types of meals but both were to die for!

Sometimes I wish: life was as "easy" as it was when I was a kid living with my Nana & Pop.

The most interesting thing that happened today was: I don't think interesting is a word for today.  Maybe interestingly enough I haven't killed myself or anyone else today.  Yes, it's been one of THOSE days...

My favorite person to share a cup of coffee with: I don't normally drink coffee, though in the last month or so I've been drinking more coffee than I did all of last year, but I love sharing a cup of coffee with my sisters when we're all together.  They were the only people I'd drink coffee with until Will & I started living together.  I enjoy sharing a cup of coffee with him on the weekends.  Also, now that I think of it the very first person(s) I enjoyed sharing a cup of coffee with was my Nana & Pop when I was a kid.  I always felt so grown up, it was always decaf but I'd still have more sugar & creamer in it than coffee.  Which come to think of it is exactly how I still drink it.

I used to be a morning person: until I stopped sleeping at night.  If I sleep I never sleep more than 4 hours before waking up.  Last night I laid in bed for 5 hours and most of it was spent staring at the ceiling, while petting Parker & Remington.

My goal for the month of April: is to clear away the darkness of Winter & get ready for Spring...whatever that means. 

The best part of blogging is: getting all whatever's & whatnot's in my head out and sharing them...whether or not anyone else is reading them.  It clears the cobwebs a bit.
